BASIC
YOGA101

This class is meant for you if you are new to yoga or if you like to revisit the foundations of yoga. You will be introduced to the basic principles and common sequences

STRETCH-U

This class is designed to improve your 'U'pper body(back, shoulders,chest, and more) flexibility by holding stretches. If your work more like sitting or standing all day long, this class is a wonderful complement to you. 

STRETCH-L

This class is created to achieve your 'L'ower body(hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, and more) flexibility by holding stretches and is a delightful addition to your activities like cycling, running, and swimming 

MIXED LEVEL
MUSIC FLOW

Pre-requistes: students who have experience in yoga

Plunge in this creative vinyasa practice which aims to connect your breath with movement and 'live' music. You will experience different sequences and music for each music flow class.

MY BOO 1

Pre-requistes: students who have experience in yoga

This class is a vinyasa flow class which is ideal for those who are straggling in their arm balance or inversion. you will experience the techniques and alighment of arm balances and inversions     

INTERMEDIATE
MY BOO 1-2

Pre-requistes: students who have experience My Boo1 at Boodog

My Boo 1-2 class combines arm balances, advanced postures, and transitions into sequence. You will have time to explore through mental and physical with a steady mind and conscious breath.

MY BOO 2

Pre-requistes: student who can do headstand in the middle of the room

My Boo 2 class is inversion class which focuses on transition in and out of arm balances and inversions.
